Thank you for purchasing AYA Styler. We hope you loved your purchase but just in case there is an issue. Please read our Policy. 

Online Return Policy

We understand sometimes you make an error with your purchases so we give you seven days to exchange for a replacement, refund or store credit. 

Complete the online Return Form. Your purchase must be delivered/mailed in good condition and original packaging. The cost of shipping is bear by the customer. 

Your store credit is valued for thirty days so please ensure you use your online store credit before it expires. 

Request for cash returns are transfered to the customer up to three days after receipt of products in good condition. 

Damages

We take care in what we make. But sometimes  after continuous use things may need some minor repairs if a hook gets undone or string gets worn out. Do not worry keep all your pieces and we can have a virtual meet up to guide HOW TO.. 

We have repair kits on sale.
